Ron Dishes On….

The Copper Crow “The 1743”

Back in November 2021 we did a spotlight on newly opened The Copper Crow in Horsham (116 Welsh Road), and then our very own Ron ‘Dished On’ them with his review in February 2022 (here are the links to those – Spotlight & Ron’s Review). Needless to say we enjoy the establishment, and think they do a great job! What better way to highlight them again than with one of their specialty cocktail choices?!

“The 1743” is actually named for the year that the Blue Bell Inn was founded, and being as though The Copper Crow and the Blue Bell Inn share owners, they found it fitting to pay homage to their other establishment!

Ingredients
1.) Kettle One (or Vodka of your choosing)
2.) Grapefruit Juice
3.) St. Germain
4.) Sparkling Wine
