A Runner is an invaluable part of the service team ensuring that the servers and cooks are supported and ready for our guests. They will act as a second set of hands working in the background to keep service flowing smoothly. Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist service team with daily execution of Brunch/Lunch/Dinner service
• Effectively bring meals to the correct table and distribute to the correct guests
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests are communicated and followed through by the server or kitchen staff
• Reset and prepare the kitchen line before/after service
• Assist kitchen team with food preparation as assigned
• Setup and replenish the server stations as required
• Remove dirty linen bags, trash, bus tubs and glasses as needed
• Assist with polishing silverware, glasses and side plates
• Assist with cleaning of service areas to include sweeping, mopping, trash removal as needed
• Other duties as assigned
