A busser is an invaluable part of the service team ensuring that the servers are supported and ready for our guests. They will act as a second set of hands working in the background to keep service flowing smoothly. Daily responsibilities include:

• Assist service team with daily execution of Brunch/Lunch/Dinner service
• Reset and prepare tables for guests
• Ensure water glasses are more than 50% full at all times
• Assist server with marking silverware for service if needed
• Clear empty plates/glasses from tables as needed
• Setup and replenish the server stations as required 
• Remove dirty linen bags, trash, bus tubs and glasses as needed
• Fold and prepare napkins for service
• Assist with polishing silverware, glasses and side plates 
• Assist with cleaning of service areas to include sweeping, mopping, trash removal as needed
• Other duties as assigned
