A bartender has a direct and impactful role at The Copper Crow. Their ability to demonstrate superior knowledge of our offerings as well as their positive and friendly demeanor will define the guest experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, the ability to multi-task, and familiarity with high-touch customer service.

Duties are to include:

• Set up/ Break down bar on a daily basis as a team.
• Restock all beer/wine/liquor as needed on a daily basis
• Restock glassware, supplies and equipment
• Assist with receiving of shipments of beer/wine/liquor
• Monitor soda system and replenish as needed
• Correctly utilize the POS system
• Assists with regular inventorying of all beer, wine and liquor.
• Participates in the regular completion of all cleaning duties. Including nightly, daily, weekly and monthly objectives.
• Executes service to all company standards.
• Protects the asset by securing product from theft.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Desire to grow and learn
• Prior serving/bartending experience preferred but not required
• TIPS Certification
• Hospitable personality and nature
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Incredible attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
