A barback is an invaluable part of the service team ensuring that the bartenders are supported and ready for our guests. They will act as a second set of hands working in the background to keep service flowing smoothly. This supporting role is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking for full or part-time work, an entry-level position or an introduction to hospitality.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Assist bartenders with daily execution of service
• Assist with the cutting of or preparation of garnishes and cocktail ingredients such as lemons, limes, oranges, olives, juices and syrups
• Restock the bar coolers and liquor inventory as directed
• Assist with the replacement of kegs as needed
• Fold napkins and polish silverware for service 
• Ensure water glasses are more than 50% full at all times
• Properly Wash and polish glasses
• Clear empty plates/glasses from tables as needed
• Remove dirty linen bags, trash, bus tubs, floor mats and glasses as needed
• Sweep and mop floor after service or as needed
• Other duties as assigned
